Sicamen called upon the services of Mov'Age for implementing a mobile solution to improve its procedures of deliveries and traceability.
The solution deployed by Mov'Age is based on TourCompanion Track & Trace associated to Tour Solver Magellan Engineering and DM Fleet for geolocation.
The mobile application allows the delivery people to retreive on their PDAs their roundtrips optimised by TourSolver. They also use the PDAs to write delivery reports, to record customers' and drivers' signature , and dematerialise sanitary control forms.
Supervisors can monitor the execution of deliveries in real time, upload the electronic repirts, and create automatically the administrative documents needed.
